How It Works
For Investors
OmniValley Provides a platform for investors to find the most relevant connections with other investors and founders. Investors are able to search through investors using key data like check size and industry and location, then add other investors to their watch list or reach out right away. Additionally OmniValley offers a double opt-in request system for startup members to request introductions to investors. Investor members can also help their portfolio companies by sponsoring them on OmniValley and allowing them more access to the investor side of the isle.
Joing the Site
Register as
a Startup
Representative
After deciding to join the site. Select Investor on the first join screen then fill out your personal details if you are registering as an angel or your organization details if you are signing up as part of an organization. After signing up you will need to verify the email address you used by clicking a link in an email from OmniValley to make your Password. OmniValley
Vetting Process
In order to maintain a strong and exclusive community of investors OmniValley vets and approves all new investor members. OmniValley will notify you when your account has been approved, this usually only takes a few minutes.
Complete Profile
After joining the site you can continue to strengthen your profile with more information and by adding portfolio companies.

Once your are in the site you might see a notification in the top right of the site if you have any incoming intro requests. These are intro requests from our startup founders and representatives. You can look at who the requestor is and what company its regarding and either approve or deny the request. If approved you'll be connected with the startup representative over email.

Sponsoring Startups
Some of our investor members like to help their existing portfolio of companies by sponsoring their premium membership on OmniValley. This lets their startups get access to the investor side of the sites and gives them introduction requests to use.
Purchase Sponsorship Package
First you'll need navigate to the sponsorship page in the right sidebar to purchase a package of sponsorships.
Add or Claim an Existing Startup
Search for your the startup you would like to sponsor. If a representative of that startup has already added it you can request to become a shared owner of the startup. If the startup has not yet been added you can add it, then when a representative of that startup joins they can request shared ownership from you over the startup profile.
Sponsor Your Companies
After adding your companies you'll see them appear on the sponsors page. Add sponsorships to your companies. Each sponsorship will grant all representatives of that company the ability to send three concurrent intro requests out to other investors. These intro requests refresh after a week of inaction or when they are responded to. So an active startup representative has a lot of chances to make strategic introductions without the ability to send en masse.
How It Works
For Startups
OmniValley Provides a platform for Startups Representative and founders to showcase their startups to OmniValley's exclusive network of investor. Additionally Premium startup members or those whose company has been sponsored from the investors side, are able to search through investors using key data like check size. After a startup identifies a relative connection they can then request a connection with that investor through OmniValley's proprietary system. OmniValley handles the soft introduction for you.
Register as
a Startup
Representative
After deciding to join the site. Select startup representative on the first join screen then fill out your personal details (you'll add your company details later).
Add Your Startup
Company(s)
After joining the site and logging in you'll be directed to your MyValley landing page. The first thing you'll want top do here is add your startup company or companies. You'll first do this by searching for an existing company, incase someone else in your company or one of your investors has already added it. If you find your company, you can request ownership of it and the existing owner will be notified of your request, they can then add you as an owner/admin of the company. If you do not see your company already added you can then click to add your company. First add the basic details then continue to fill out your key business details you want investors to see.
Upgrade your Access
After filling out the details for your company, there are two ways to gain access to the investor side of the site and the soft introduction features. One you can pay to upgrade your membership to premium. Alternatively if you share a startup profile with out of your investors, the investor member can sponsor your startup company, this will also grant you access to the premium features.
Introduction
Requests
Once you've upgraded your access you can filter and search through investors for the most relevant possible connections. You can then send out three concurrent introduction requests. If a request is accepted you'll be connected by email and you'll be able to view that investors contact details on their profile. Introduction requests refresh upon any response or after 1 week.
*Startup Representatives are individuals or firms interested in paying for OV Premium on behalf of their portfolio companies or founder friends. For example, we have Accelerator Programs and Portfolio Managers wanting to support their companies' seeking connections buy purchasing seats for them to utilize OV Premium.
